It is with deep grief and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the death of Mzee Solomon Kaluma Japheth that occurred on 3/9/2024 after a brave battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Japheth Mwamburi and Elizabeth Mkangache. Brother of the late jotham Mighendi, the late Dishon Mwale, the late Beatrice Mbaruku, the late Peter Mwasio and Joyce Zighe. He was husband of Mercy Machocho Kaluma and father Elizabeth of the late Japheth Mwamburi, Rose Kilulu, Mkangache, Ambassador Timothy Micharo, Beatrice Wawuda (ODPP), Bildad Mghendi (KELCOP), and the late Jacinta Wanjala. Father-in-law of John Ng'ethe, Pauline Mcharo (AGs Office), Bishop Geoffrey Omukamba, and Jackline Barassa (DSAS), Grandfather of Lucy, Mercy, Solomon, Shiko, Zakayo, Alexis, Wilson, Peterson, Solo, Hekima, Jedidiah, Gloria, Kyle, and Myles. Great-grandfather of Neema, Imani, Emmanuel, Suleiman, Latifa. Timothy, and Rosemary. He was an uncle, in-law and a friend of many.
